His menu included quail fricassee with creole cream cheese grits and smothered collard greens.<\/p>\n<p>Hymel will take the winning recipes to California this week \u2013 joined by his faculty advisor, Chef John Kozar, coordinator of curriculum and instruction at the John Folse Culinary Institute \u2013 to compete for the national title.<\/p>\n<p>To view live webcasts of the national finals
